You're not alone!
I've spoken to hundreds of parents and adults following their assessments and often they feel lost, overhwelmed and don't know what to do next. A diagnosis is life changing and useful. But it comes with adjustments to your identity. It takes time to process and that can be hard when you have so much to think about.
That's why I've created this short mini course for you. It gives you a place to start while you're processing all the new information and the implications of what being autistic means to you personally. I've designed the lessons to be short, no more than 10 minutes. You can watch them while you're waiting to pick the kids up from school or waiting for your coffee. I've included some info sheets and scripts to help you get started. Most info is in a table format to make it easier to find what you're looking for, without a wall of words!
Let’s embrace this journey together, one step at a time. Click the button below to learn more.
