FEES
The recommended fee for seeing a psychologist is $267.
In order to maintain our high level of service and continue running our practice, we are NOT able to provide bulk billing or “free” services at our practice. Our services require a gap fee to be paid over the Medicare rebate amount. The full fee is payable at the time of the appointment and you can claim the Medicare rebate through mygov or other online services and apps. Refunds usually appear in your account after 24-48 hours.

Psychology sessions are for 50 minutes $198

NDIS Participants will be charged in line with NDIS pricing $234.83
Workers Compensation $258.35
You can use your NDIS funding if you are self-managed or plan-managed. If you are NDIS managed you will need to find a registered provider usually through an organisation.
Autism Assessment (2 hour interview, feedback session, report,
NDIS recommendations and a summary letter). This can be done using zoom. Country and interstate people are welcome. $1950
ADHD Assessments $1150
When done with an autism assessment $500

Do you accept the Mental Health Plan so I can claim Medicare?
Yes

Do I need a Mental Health Plan referral to make an appointment?
No. You can pay the full fee as a private patient.

How do I get a Mental Health Plan?
Make a longer appointment to see your doctor to discuss your mental health. Your doctor will assess your mental health and make a referral.
* We must have a copy of your mental health plan before you attend if you want to claim the Medicare rebate.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a strict cancellation policy. When you make an appointment we set that time aside for you and you alone. When you cancel at short notice we are not always able to rebook that time for someone else to fill the slot or offer the time to someone else who is waiting for an appointment.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for a cancellation. If we do not have the required 24 hours notice you will be charged the FULL FEE for the session. Medicare does not apply for missed appointments. The fee will need to be paid prior to being able to book another appointment. If the fee is not paid within 14 days the debt will be referred for debt collection to recover the fee.
When you attend the clinic you will complete a form that informs you of the cancellation policy. You will sign the form accepting the terms. You will also be told in the first session of the cancellation policy. There is also a notice on the counter advising of the cancellation policy. You will also be reminded at the bottom of the courtesy reminder text. Don't tell us you didn't know.
