Anxiety can be difficult to manage as well as annoying. You're trying to enjoy your life, but anxiety keeps showing up and stopping you from doing things love to do.

Anxiety can include OCD, sleeping or eating problems and sometimes anger. You might not want to go out or socialise. You might pick your skin or hair. Anxiety can show up in lots of different ways.
